Hello everyone… hope you all are having a great time reading my blog. Well you must have read my last article regarding haul from Coastal Scents here. I got many requests for swatches of the products. So I thought of posting this first before other articles.
Today I will be showing the swatches of the Coastal Scents Liquid Eyeliner. I will be posting a complete review of individual eye liners later with a swatch and EOTD as well. However for now I thought of posting the swatches for your curiosity.
Coastal Scents Liquid Eyeliner comes in 5 colors: Jet, Stone, Shamrock, Cobalt, Plum
If bought individually they cost you something around 3$ for 6mL but I went ahead and picked up all the colors, so the whole set was for approximate 9$. Since this was kind of first time that I was gonna try liquid liners I was quite excited about the colors. Let’s go ahead and check out the pictures:
These come in tiny bottles with long caps and a good quality soft pointed brush. I found these pretty comfortable for the beginners in eye makeup.
So here are the swatches of the eye liners:
A little about each of these colors:
Jet: As the name suggests, this is a jet black liner. It is perfect black color with no greyish cast at all. When dried up it looks perfect and defines your eyes well.
Stone: This is a grey colored liner with slight blue tinge in it. This is not actually shimmery but I found it a bit shiny when it dried up.
Shamrock: It’s a green colored liner, but kind of light mehendi [heena] color. It has got a metallic effect, I am bit skeptical if this will actually look good on my eyes or not.
Cobalt: This one is a deep blue but not navy colored eye liner. I liked this blue color, as it would be good for office wear as well.
Plum: This is purple colored eye liner; well I really don’t know with what kind of outfits this color will go. Let’s see. As of now I did like this color as well.
These are easy to carry around, however I would like to mention that they are really smudge proof. Also you need a good quality eye makeup remover to remove these liners. I really loved the quality.
As mentioned earlier I will be reviewing each of these liners individually with a swatch and EOTD as well.
